Sales Tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations.

We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the “https” URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser’s address bar.

To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order.

 Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

Shipping Times and Costs
Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5-8 working days – $ 11
Express Shipping: Delivery in 2-4 business days – $ 20
Next Day Shipping: Delivery guaranteed next business day – $ 26
Saturday Shipping: Delivery guaranteed on Saturday morning – $ 26

Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed. This is due to the time difference between North America and Italy, where most of our items are shipped from.

You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center. Visit My Order to check the most up-to-date status of your order.

UPS is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center.

Our warehouse is closed for all national Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship our products to the United States. 

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.

The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically canceled.

Products for purchase on preorder are shipped when the product is in stock. Estimated arrival dates are listed on each product, however these dates are subject to vary based on factors beyond the control of Jackie Crowe Ltd. Co. 

These products will be shipped according to the selected method of shipment you apply upon checkout.  

You will be notified via email when your product is due to arrive at our Handling Facility to prepare for shipment, and when your product has been shipped by our distribution center. 

Shipment Packaging
All items are shipped packed with air filled bags to maintain their structure.  During shipment, items may experience some alteration of shape.  Working the item back into shape may be needed when unboxing, and is completely normal for the materials that make up our items.  

In light of the current global situation regarding the Covid-19 epidemic, if you are facing issues with returning or exchanging your order, please contact our customer service.

You can return any item purchased on Jackie Crowe Ltd. Co. within 20 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:
* Fill out a Return Form.
* Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

All returns will incur a $25 restock fee charged to the customer, which will be deducted from the refund amount.  

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Jackie Crowe Ltd. Co. does not currently offer exchanges on purchased products.

We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.
Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.

JACKIE CROWE has carefully selected the materials of your item. All materials have been selected to be sustainable and environmentally friendly. Its vegan leather has been hand-picked to provide the same look and feel as real leather without posing the same environmental impacts. Each piece is unique and may have various imperfections which make them uniquely perfect.

To preserve the quality of your items, please keep clean. To clean it, you can wipe it with water using a clean cloth. Allow the item to dry completely before storing.

Do not machine wash.
Do not overpack your product. 
Avoid leaving your product out in high levels of humidity for extended periods of time.
Avoid leaving your products in the sun or in direct exposure to heat. 
Prevent exterior contact with greasy materials. 
Store in duster bag provided upon purchase. 
Avoid contact with rough, or abrasive, materials.
Avoid stains on lighter materials as they are harder to clean.
